Does Travis Kelce Play Better To 'Impress' Girlfriend Taylor Swift? Chiefs’ Justin Reid Has A Perfect Answer
The Chiefs, based in Missouri, have won all five of their games since the season began in September.

Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce performs better when Taylor Swift cheers from the stands is something fans have noticed. Justin Reid, one of Kelce’s teammates, was recently asked to weigh in on the theory. Following the Chiefs’ Monday Night Football win over the New Orleans Saints, Reid addressed the buzz surrounding Kelce and Swift’s connection.

When Adams brought up the idea that Swift might be boosting Kelce’s game, Reid’s response was pretty clear. “Who doesn’t play better when they want to impress their girlfriend? Yes, absolutely. Taylor, come to all the games. Taylor, keep coming,” Reid said during a conversation with Kay Adams on the Up & Adams Show.

The Chiefs, based in Missouri, have won all five games since the season began in September, with Swift attending three of them. After missing two consecutive games, Swift returned to the stands for Monday night’s game against the New Orleans Saints, reports Page Six.

Swift, 34, made a fashionable appearance, in a plaid Vivienne Westwood skirt set paired with black over-the-knee boots, topped off with glitter freckles.

According to Page Six, Jason Kelce, Travis’ brother and co-host of their podcast New Heights, couldn’t help but comment on Swift’s outfit during the Monday Night Countdown when the camera panned to her arrival. “Look at that now. That looks good,” Jason said, praising her style.

Jason, a former Philadelphia Eagles player, also took a moment to address claims that Swift might be responsible for Travis’ slow start this season.

“I know, optics are that he is all over the place,” Jason explained. “And that’s not just optics. That’s reality. But he still keeps the main thing the main thing,” he reportedly added. Jason clarified that Travis has enjoyed his off-season, even before Swift came into the picture. “He is always gonna find a way to make football the No. 1 priority in terms of being prepared,” he added.

After the game, the couple was spotted sharing a kiss in front of both of their fathers, Ed Kelce and Scott Swift, reported Page Six.

Taylor and Travis have been dating since 2023 and despite rumours of a possible breakup last month, they appear to be going strong.
