Devara FIRST Review Out: Jr NTR Is 'Terrific', Brings 'Fire and Charisma' in the Explosive Film
Jr NTR starrer Devara first review is out. The film released today, September 27, and has impressed not only the audience but critics too.

Devera’s first review is out and it is all praise for Jr NTR. Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara: Part 1 stars Jr NTR in the lead while Saif Ali Khan is seen as an anti-hero. Jr NTR is paired with Janhvi Kapoor. This marks Saif and Janhvi’s first Telugu film. The film, which released today, has not only impressed fans but also audiences watching it at Beyond Fest. A journalist present in the room called Devara ‘explosive, exhilarating & flat-out terrific adrenaline rush.’

Taking to X, film critic Courtney Howard wrote, “#Devara is an explosive, exhilarating & flat-out terrific adrenaline rush. It Goes Hard, bringing together giant-scale ferocity, pulse-quickening stakes & brawling action. Dance & fight choreography are propulsive. N.T. Rama Rao Jr. brings the fire & charisma. FUN STUFF!”

“A favorite scene in #Devara/ #DevaraPart1 is where @tarak9999 gets tipsy at his friend’s daughter’s wedding, smiles & starts dancing by the fire with the blind bride. He turns on his intense magnetism & charm – and it’s infectious & intoxicating,” she added.

Praising Jr NTR, Courtney said, “Jr. NTR (Man of the Masses!) character introduction was also pretty freaking amazing: he leaps out from the ocean waves like a goddamn dolphin! It’s SPECTACULAR. #BeyondFest attendees tonight are gonna go NUTS.”

A fan who caught the early morning show was also impressed with the film. So much so that he has plans of watching it again.

Another social media user also praised Tarak but felt that the film had room for character development. It is worth noting that this is first part of Devara and the part two is in the making.

Devara: Part 1 has released with much fanfair. The film marks Jr NTR’s first solo release in six years. The film has already sold tickets worth Rs 80 crore.
