The fifth season of Bigg Boss Marathi finally came to an end with Suraj Chavan being crowned as the winner. Abhijeet Sawant, Nikki Tamboli and Dhananjay Pawar became the first, second and third runner-ups, respectively. Marathi Local18 team conducted an exclusive interview with Dhananjay Pawar where he made some interesting revelations about the show.
During the interaction, Dhananjay delved into his experience of living in the house and how it became difficult. He stated, “It is very difficult to get along with everyone in the Bigg Boss Marathi house. I often got along well with Ankita and Paddy Dada.”
Speaking further, Dhananjay added how he did not get along with Nikki Tamboli. He said, “Also, I had differences with Team A many times. I’ve never been with Team A, especially Nikki.” According to him, Nikki never listened to anyone. Dhananjay is of the belief that you have to be true to yourself to survive in the house.
Revealing more on the secrets of the Bigg Boss Marathi house, he claimed that Nikki had tried to reignite the dispute between contestants Varsha and Ankita. Talking about himself, the third runner up stated he always focused on the task at hand and was involved in the overall gameplay of the show.
Bigg Boss Marathi 5 became the highest-rated season ever out of all the previous seasons combined, as per the reports. Hosted by Riteish Deshmukh, the show had its premiere on July 28 and had its finale on October 6. Suraj Chavan became the winner of the season, who was awarded a cash prize of Rs 14.6 lakh, a jewellery voucher worth Rs 10 lakh along with a two-wheeler vehicle. The fifth-runner up of the season Jahnavi Killekar, opted to walk out of the show during the finale, taking with her a cash prize of Rs 9 lakh.
