Anirudh Ravichander Confirms Release Date Of Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly? What We Know

Ajith Kumar is one of the prominent actors in Tamil cinema. He is known for his impressive acting skills and stellar career in the Indian film industry. The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his two much-anticipated films, VidaaMuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly.

He kick-started the film VidaaMuyarchi with Magizh Thirumeni in May last year and the film’s major shooting has been wrapped. But the release date is not yet locked by the makers.

In an interview, music composer Anirudh Ravichander revealed the release plans for the film Vidaamuyarchi. When discussing his upcoming projects, Anirudh mentioned that Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith, is scheduled for release around Pongal.

Earlier, the makers shared Ajith’s picture and announced the release date for Pongal 2025. Taking to Instagram, producer Naveen Yerneni wrote, “The second look of #GoodBadUgly !!! God bless you, mama. #GoodBadUgly In Cinemas Pongal 2025.” It is now expected that VidaaMuyarchi might be released after Good Bad Ugly. But there is no official confirmation from the VidaaMuyarchi makers.

Good Bad Ugly is an action comedy film directed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The film stars Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan, Prasanna and Sunil. Initially referred to as AK63, the upcoming project marks Ajith’s 63rd film as the lead actor. The cinematography of the film was handled by Abinadhan Ramanujam and edited by Vijay Velukutty. The music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

On the other hand, VidaaMuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni, is expected to move for the Summer 2025 release. The film features Priya Bhavani Shankar, Sanjay Dutt, Trisha Krishnan, Ajith Kumar, Regina Cassandra, Arjun Das, Arun Vijay and Nikhil Nair. The cinematography is handled by Nirav Shah, while the music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Recently, Lyca Productions shared the first-look posters of actors Ganesh Saravanan and Dasarathi Narasimhan on X. “Presenting the look of actor @actorsanjaysara & @Iam_Dasarathi09 from VidaaMuyarchi. Prepare for an intense showdown,” they captioned it.

In another post, the production house shared the first-look poster of actress Regina Cassandra. In the poster, she is seen wearing a black jacket perfectly teamed up with grey jeans and a grey cap. “Presenting the look of actor @ReginaCassandra from VidaaMuyarchi. Bravery knows no bounds!” the caption of the post read.
