The Ambani family has released a documentary of Anant Ambani’s pre-wedding festivities, which took place in March this year. Anant married Radhika Merchant earlier this year. The couple and their families hosted a massive pre-wedding bash, spread across three days, in Jamnagar’s Vantara. While videos from the bash went viral at the time, a documentary titled Valley Of Gods Jamnagar has released online to give a closer look at the Hastakshar Ceremony.
Released on JioCinema, the documentary is 40-minutes long and it features the glimpses of the pujas and traditional performances put together by the Ambani family. In the trailer, Nita Ambani explained, “Jamnagar holds a special place in our hearts. When it came to my youngest son Anant’s wedding, I had two important wishes. First, I wanted to celebrate our roots. Second, I wanted it to be a tribute to our arts and cultures."
The trailer then shows glimpses of the Ambani family performing pujas while Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, among other stars, participating in the activities. The synopsis read, “Step into the Valley of Gods, where Anant and Radhika’s immortal love celebrates Indian arts and culture. Let Vedic chants and divine music fill your soul, capturing the essence of this vibrant heritage."

The pre-wedding celebrations made headlines not only in India but also internationally. The Ambanis invited Rihanna to perform at the bash. Even Justin Bieber flew down to Jamnagar to perform. Besides the international stars, India’s rockstar Diljit Dosanjh also set the stage on fire with his mini-concert.
Several Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan set the stage on fire with their dance performances. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant wrapped up the bash in March and got married in July this year.
