Akshay's Replacement in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 'Others’ Loss', Salman Khan Unbothered About No Entry 2: Anees Bazme
Anees mentioned that Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar are not bothered about being replaced in No Entry 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Filmmaker Anees Bazmee is working on two sequels: No Entry 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The original No Entry starred Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa featured Akshay Kumar. The sequels will have different actors. Anees mentioned that Salman and Akshay are not bothered by this.

Speaking to Lehren Retro, Anees spoke about Akshay not being part of the sequels of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. He said, “I keep talking to Akshay. I have made my life’s two most beautiful films with him – Singh Is Kinng and Welcome. For Bhool Bhulaiyaa, it was the decision of the producers. If you ask me, I always want to work with him. He is such a good actor and we are good friends. It is such a small thing for him. He is such a big star that if he isn’t doing a film, it is others’ loss not to cast him, but it isn’t a loss for him.”

When asked if he talked to Salman about not being in No Entry 2, Anees said he didn’t. “No, I didn’t speak to him about it but me and Salman are such good friends that if he had something in his heart, he would have told me. If he isn’t saying anything that means that it makes no difference to him. I met him just last week. Whether we do a film or not, it makes no difference to our equation,” he said.

Anees Bazmee also spoke about a rift between brothers Anil and Boney Kapoor over the casting of No Entry 2. The original film starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and others. Boney said Anil wanted to be in the sequel, but there was “no space.” The sequel will feature Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan, and Arjun Kapoor. Anees mentioned in an interview that he is friends with both brothers and knows Anil is “unhappy” about not being part of the sequel. “I have worked a lot with Anil ji. Anil ji was very much involved in No Entry not just as an actor. He would always ask, ‘Kya karna hai?”, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 director was quoted as saying by Indian Express.com. “He did a great job and people loved his character, so naturally he will feel, ‘Main kyun nahin hoon is film ke andar (Why am I not in this film?”),’” said Anees.

Anil is reportedly not talking to Boney properly ever since the news about the No Entry 2 casting leaked online.
