HYDERABAD: TJAC chairman M Kodandaram has made it clear that they have no intention of obstructing the Rachabanda programme which will begin on November 2.He has, however, called upon the Telanganites to obstruct Telangana ministers and Congress MLAs from taking part in the programme.Talking to newsmen here on Thursday, Kodandaram wanted the people of the region to take Congress’ public representatives to task on the Telangana issue.“Telangana ministers and Congress MLAs have no right to enter the villages,’’ he said.He also called upon the people to observe AP Formation Day on November 1 as `betrayal day’ and to organise protest rallies and hoist black flags throughout the region on that day.
