Studying pros, cons of supporting Sriramulu

HASSAN: State JD(S) president H D Kumaraswamy said that JD(S) was studying the pros and cons of supporting independent candidate Sriramalu in Bellary rural Assembly constituency. The final decision will be taken after discussing with the local leaders, he added.Speaking to the reporters in Gandasi of Arsikere taluk before attending the Kannada Rajyostava celebrations organised by the Kannada activists, he said that he will visit Sindanur on November 15 and finalise the matter  in a meeting with  senior leaders.Coming down heavily on UPA and NDA governments, he said both national parties are anti-people. The regional parties have to play a vital role to teach Congress and BJP a lesson by supporting another candidate, he said. Kumarasway said that Sriramulu has not yet expressed willingness to join JD(S) not seek its support.Lokayukta probe:He said the Lokayukta found Rs 70 crore disproportionate assets during the interrogation of his brother Balakrishne Gowda. The media is now airing that his brother owns Rs 10,000 crore worth disproportionate assets.  His family faced many such inquires and the question of running away fearing the probe does not exist. Local MLA K M Shivalinge Gowda, Sharavanabelagola MLA C S Puttegowda and MLC Patel Shivaram were present.
