FRIENDS is understood to be a TV show which influenced the contemporary American culture, and it still has a huge fan base as people keep downloading its episodes from YouTube and other sources. So, the serial will get initial eyeballs for sure if NBS actually brings back the six friends together.
The first episode of the TV show FRIENDS was aired on September 22, 1994. The show became very popular in no time for its witty and spontaneous humour. Many experts believe that FRIENDS was a closer to reality take on contemporary America and its distinct urban culture. After running for close to ten years, the last episode of the series was aired on May 22, 2004.
The sitcom which was created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman revolved around six friends who used to live in a posh locality of Manhattan. The actors who played the six friends were Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer. Some of these actors went on to build a great career in TV and films.
