THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: For the special convenience of tax payers, return receipt counters are being opened at Aayakar Bhavan, Kowdiar, from July 28 to July 31 by Income Tax Department. The last date for filing returns in respect of individuals and other persons, expect corporate entities, is July 31. A press release issued from the Income Tax Department said the returns of the income will be received on July 30 and 31, though these days are closed holidays for the Income Tax Department. The returns in respect of range-1 will be received on the third and fifth floors of Aayakar Bhavan, while the returns of the salaried employees assessed in range-2 will be received in the Annexe Hall of the fourth floor, said the release. The return forms will be available at Aayakar Bhavan and at Peroorkada office.
