One killed, 3 injured in accident

SOHELA (BARGARH): One person died and three sustained injuries after a truck rammed a stationary tractor,  which in turn collided against  a trolley, at Madhupur Chowk on NH-6 under Sohela police limits late on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Karuna Banchor  (45), while the injured Krushna Chandra Naik, Lakha Banchor and Daitari Bariha were admitted to VSS Medical at Burla after their condition deteriorated.Soon after the accident, locals blocked the NH for three hours demanding compensation to the bereaved family. However, the impasse was broken after office-bearers of Truck Owners’  Association reached the spot and promised financial assistance.
