Reducing the travel woes of Mumbaiites, the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) to Aarey Stretch of Metro-3 – the aqua line – was thrown open to public on Monday. This means, an officegoer can travel from Dahisar to Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) using the Metro trains.
Many, however, are still unsure of how, considering the names of locations do not match that of railway stations or areas on road they pass through.
Don’t fret! Here’s your guide on how to travel the distance using Mumbai Metro.
STEP 1: KNOW YOUR LINES, SEE THE STATIONS IN BOLD

Metro 7A is the southern extension of the operational Metro Line 7 from Andheri (East) to Dahisar (East) which is expected to be completed by 2026.

- Change over to the underground Metro-3 and head to BKC.

The Mumbai Metro app allows passengers to buy tickets, recharge smart cards, and check the schedule and fares of the trains. The app also offers other features, such as a route planner and real-time updates on train timings. Same goes for Mumbai Metro-3 app.
In case of Metro-3, online payment is not accepted at the counter, please carry cash. Also, as Metro-3 is underground, you may not be able to access the app smoothly once inside. Please get your ticket before you enter.
