I moved out to give my baby to somebody for her better future,” Chitra said. On reaching Chengalpet, she stuffed her baby in a polythene bag and boarded another train for Chennai. After the train chugged out of Singaperumalkoil, Chitra tried to throw the bag with the baby around 8.30 am.
