BANGALORE: A 17yearold boy who was reportedly missing from the last three days, was found dead under mysterious conditions in Hunasemaranahalli lake. The incident was reported in Yelahanka police limits on Thursday morning.
The deceased Suraj, was a first PU student in a city based college. Three days ago, Suraj who had left to college had not returned home. According to the police, passersby who saw a body in the lake informed the matter to the police. Mahesh, Suaraj's father was called to recognised the body, who identified it was his son. However, the deceased's father suspects foul play behind the death.

Meanwhile, police suspect Suraj might have drowned as his clothes were found on the lake bund. Police did not rule out the possibility of abduction and murder. Police are awaiting the post mortem report to ascertain the exact cause of the death.
