BANGALORE: Not only women chain snatchers are now targeting men now.According to police, Dr M V Shyam Sundar, a resident of Jayanagar 5th Block was speaking to his friend in front of his house at 9.30 pm when two persons who came in a motor cycle demanded cash and his chain from them at knifepoint.Scared, Shyam Sundar and his friend gave three chains weighing 120 grams to the miscreants who fled away.According to Jayanagar police, the miscreants used to target single women in the morning when they go for walk most of the time or in the evenings."But this is the first time that we see they are targeting men also, that too when there are two persons. We have taken a complaint," they added. The police are investigating the case.Jeep catches fire, driver safeA Mahindra Bolero jeep caught fire on the cable stayed bridge at Krishnarajapuram on Tuesday evening.The driver immediately stopped the Jeep and escaped with the help of the locals.
