Minister undertakes padayatra to fulfil vow

BANGALORE: Karnataka Excise Minister M P Renukacharya undertook a 35 km padayatra from here to a temple in Ramanagaram district to fulfil a vow to pay a visit after Yeddyurappa government was saved following the Centre's rejection of the Governor's recommendation for its dismissal.Tomorrow the minister will offer pooja at the Revanasiddeshwara hills."I am not doing this to save my ministerial berth. It is left to the Chief Minister and party high command to decide who should be in the ministry," Renukacharya said.Once a rebel, Renukacharya is now a hardcore Yeddyurappa supporter.
