Messageboard: Has Modi emerged as a mature leader?

Narendra Modi, known to be a bitter critic of the UPA, has displayed political maturity in the aftermath of the Gujarat blasts. There has been no vitriolic post-mortem attack on the Centre. The BJP leader has been restrained and moderate in his speeches and has been exhorting the citizens of Gujarat to maintain calm and peace, a clear shift from his usual inflammatory political rhetoric. Has the Gujarat CM become more astute?
