HYDERABAD: Newly appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Secuderabad Cantonment Board (SCB), S Balakrishna had to hear an earful of foul words by a resident of Marredpally for denying him appointment.Anil Kumar Singh (50) wanted to meet the CEO to give a complaint on area maintenance on Monday. However, he was denied the permission to meet the CEO as the official was busy verifying records.This angered Anil.He barged into the CEO’s chamber and began abusing the CEO and his personal assistant in foul language. Anil later went to the Marredpally police station to lodge a complaint against the official.
