The govt has said that the 11 men arrested in Bangalore on suspected terror links had defence and nuclear installations on their radar.
New Delhi: Home Secretary RK Singh on Saturday said that the eleven men arrested in Bangalore on charges of links with terrorist organisations LeT and HuJI had a defence establishment and a nuclear installation on their radar.
"Interrogation of those arrested in Bangalore has revealed that this module had a defence establishment and a nuclear installation on its radar. Lashkar and HuJI operatives are handlers of the group," said Singh.
He added that a major threat had been averted by the arrests. "We believe a major threat has been averted with the busting of this module."
