Police have also detained some other people for questioning.
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh police on Sunday arrested a security guard for allegedly raping and murdering a 32-year-old woman in Mohanlalganj. Police sources said that the security guard of the SGPGI Medical college Ramsevak Yadav murdered the victim.
The victim used to work in the same medical college. Police have also detained some other people for questioning.
The incident came to light on Thursday when the nude body of the woman was spotted near a primary school in Balsingh Khera village of Mohanlalganj tehsil in Lucknow by a watchman.
