The 25 km stretch from Udhapmur to Katra has costed Rs 1100 crore and has taken nearly 12 years to be made.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the Vaishno Devi express from Udhampur to the holy town of Katra on Friday. This is the first train to Katra near Mata Vaishno Devi shrine.
