Konkani Kuttam Award for writer Stan Ageira

MANGALORE: Konkani writer Stan Ageira has been nominated for the Konkani Kuttam Award to be conferred upon by Konkani Kuttam, a Bahrainbased forum set up to promote Konkani language and culture.
Konkani Kuttam Convener Richard Moras told reporters here on Friday that the award ceremony will be organised at St Sebastian Platinum jubilee hall in Bendore on July 23 at 7 pm.The award, besides a citation and a memento, includes a cash prize of Rs 50,000.
