KOCHI: The Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology (RSET) is organising an international conference on ‘Advances in Computing and Communication’ from July 22 to 24.The conference will provide a forum for sharing insights, experiences and information on various facets of evolving technologies and patterns related to computer science, information technology and electronics. It aims at providing an invaluable opportunity for interaction among students, researchers and practitioners in the fields. As many as 300 papers have been selected from over 700 papers received from 38 countries. The conference will include technical sessions, workshops, tutorials and demonstration sessions. Workshops are being conducted on topics such as Trust Management in P2P systems, Multimedia Streaming, Cloud Computing, Identity Management and Signal Processing. Tutorials on Macintosh Forensics, Network Forensics and Next Generation Cloud Computing are the other highlights. Achuthsankar S Nair, Director of State Inter-University Centre of Excellence in Bioinformatics, Kerala University, will inaugurate the conference on July 22 on the RSET campus, Kakkanad.
