New Delhi: Oscar winner Julia Roberts is back on 70 mm. This time as a spy in Duplicity. And Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet reunite as a married couple in Revolutionary Road.
REVOLUTIONARY ROAD
Eleven years after they first shot to superstardom with Titanic, Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio team up again, and this time for a 1950s drama titled Revolutionary Road. The movie based on a novel by Richard Yates and is directed by Kate Winslet's husband, Sam Mendes. However, Kate Winslet couldn't stop raving about Leonardo who returned the compliment.
"Leo is the best actor of his generation and I almost feel bad saying that because there are so many wonderful actors out there, and actresses too," she said.
Meanwhile, Leonardo DiCaprio said, "Just from my perspective, Kate's the best actress of her generation, so why wouldn't I want to pursue being able to have the opportunity to work with her again?"
Set in the mid-50s, Revolutionary Road is a character study of a married couple who, bored of their mediocre and routine suburban life in Conneticut, shift to France in order to develop their artistic sensibilities. The film opens in American theatres on December 26.
Duplicity
After 2007's Charlie Wilson's War, Oscar-winner Julia Roberts returns to the 70 mm with a spy comedy called, Duplicity.
