Game of Thrones took home 3 Emmys this year which included the award for Best Drama Series, second year in a row. With this the HBO series has become the most awarded scripted show in Emmys history with 38 awards.
While the show had got maximum number of nominations this year, it managed to win in three categories. While none of the actors took the trophy home, the show won Best Drama Series, Best Direction in Drama Series and Best Writing in Drama Series. All this and more happened for the Game of Thrones fans.
Now, as Season 7 is under production in Europe and all set for a summer premier next year, Daenerys Targaryen, Emilia Clarke opened up about the new season a little bit. Keeping the fans hopes high, the actress revealed that there are going to be more Battle of Bastard kind of wars, only much better.
She also revealed that the actors have read the entire script and can't wait to work on it. There are going to be lots of shockers and spoilers in every episode (dying with excitement!).
The mother of dragons also expressed her wish to work with more female characters in future. So does that mean she's going to spend some time with Arya and/or Sansa Stark? Or directly strike a war with Cersei Lannister? Who knows, Lannisters and Targaryens might just become ally!
