Former president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India Jagmohan Dalmiya has been granted anticipatory bail by the Bombat High Court.
Mumbai: Former president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India Jagmohan Dalmiya has been granted anticipatory bail by the Bombat High Court.
Three other former BCCI office bearers Kishore Rungta, SK Nair and Jyoti Vajpayee have also been granted anticipatory bail by the Court.
They have been granted the bail in a case of alleged misappropriation of Rs 21.74 lakh filed by BCCI.
Justice VM Kanade granted bail to Dalmiya and other accused on a personal bond of Rs 25,000 each.
