Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited (CVPP) (Jammu Division) is inviting applications on its official website (cvppindia.com) to fill up 91 posts of Trainee Engineer, Trainee Officer and Junior Engineer.
The last date to apply for these posts is 15th December 2017.
CVPP aims to recruit Trainee Engineers in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT and E&C disciplines, Trainee Officers in HR, Finance, Geology and Law disciplines and Junior Engineers in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical disciplines. CVPP is expected to conduct the written examination for this recruitment in the month of January/February 2018.

Pay Scale
Trainee Engineers - E-1 Grade – Rs 16,400 to Rs 40,500
Junior Engineers - S-1 Grade – Rs 14,000 to Rs 41, 100.
Age Limit
The candidates must be minimum 18 Years of age and maximum 30 Years as on 1st November 2017, however age relaxation applies as per State's rules.
Exam Pattern
The Objective Type Questions based Written Examination will be divided into 3 sections viz:
1. Professional Knowledge – 100 Questions
2. Aptitude Test – 80 Questions
3. General Awareness – 20 Questions
Each question will carry 1 mark each. For incorrect answers negative marking of -1/3 is applicable. Answers left blank will not attract negative marking.
Application Fee
Unreserved and OBC male candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹500.
SC/ST/PWD and female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
