CPDCLs Prajavani Monday

HYDERABAD: The Prajavani programme of the Central Power Distribution Company Ltd will be held on Monday from 10.30 a.m and 1 p.m at the  CPDCL corporate office in Mint compound and at all operation circle offices. The programme will provide an opportunity for consumers to settle their grievances.Directors and other senior officials are expected to participate and interact with consumers. Similarly, at all circle offices, the concerned superintending engineers and field officers will receive complaints.Consumers should file their grievances in circle offices and customer service centres and take acknowledgement. In case their complaints are not resolved by circle offices, they can bring their complaints to the corporate office.
