The woman was arrested and confessed the killing of her nephew as an act of revenge.
Bhopal: In a shocking incident, a middle aged woman killed her nephew (4) after an alleged dispute over fetching water from a hand pump in Panna district in Madhya Pradesh.
The incident took place on Monday when the woman killed her nephew and hid the body in a store room.
During investigation police came to know that the child was killed by her aunt after his grandmother humiliated her for fetching water from the hand pump.
She was arrested and confessed the killing as an act of revenge.
The accused lady wanted to take revenge from her aunt, who was grandmother of the victim and prevented her taking water from the hand pump, according to police sources.
Further investigation is on.
