Bangale had alleged that Khadse was in touch with Dawood.
Mumbai: Maharashtra ATS is considering filing a case against ethical hacker Manish Bangale in connection with the probe into former Maharashtra minister Eknath Khadse's alleged calls to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
Bangale had alleged that Khadse was in touch with Dawood.
Meanwhile, ATS has concluded its second probe and has shared the report with the state government and the Bombay High Court.
Top ATS sources have confirmed that no calls were made by Khadse to Dawood as hacker Bangale had alleged. The agency has checked all call details of Khadse and has found that no calls were made to the don.
Khadse had resigned as the Maharashtra Revenue Minister earlier in June.
