BANGALORE: Christmas is soon approaching and the excitment has started to buzz around as Park Plaza family brought an exciting cake mixing event on november 15 which marked the first of the events leading to Christmas Day, by pulling out hotels finest spirits for the event.Chef Amitabh Choudhary, Alexander Schneider, GM Park Plaza and all the staff got their hands soaked in lots of brandy, rum, whisky and other spirits as they marinated the Christmas cake mix to be baked in December.Park Plaza is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that the festive season begins with full gusto.
