BSNL broadband services hit

CHENNAI: Subscribers of BSNL’s broadband services have been experiencing difficulties for the past one week, due to what officials described as congestion in the international bandwidth.An official handling broadband services for the public sector giant said only users seeking information from servers located abroad faced these problems.“There are some technical issues including congestion in the international bandwidth,” he said. Admitting that the difficulties being faced by users was not confined to TN alone, he said the consumers across the country have been affected.  “Efforts are being made to resolve the issues within ten days,” he assured.
