Bangalore: The brother of a Janata Dal (Secular) MLA was arrested in a land-grabbing case on Thursday in Bangalore. JD(S) MLA Akhanda Srinivasa Murthy's brother Mahesh Kumar allegedly demolished a house while the residents were away.
The house was brought down to rubble without any court order.
Mahesh and seven others are in judicial custody now.
