Ashok Case: Lokayukta cops get more time for FIR

BANGALORE: For the second time, the Lokayukta Special Court, on Monday, extended the deadline to the Lokayukta police till December 16 to file its investigation report in the case relating to illegal denotification of government land filed against Home Minister R Ashok.Lokayukta sleuths were earlier directed by the Court to file the report on Monday.  But the police asked Lokayukta Judge N K Sudheedra Rao for six weeks to complete investigation, to which the judge objected to and gave them another four weeks time instead. The police were supposed to file report on November 5.
