ALAPPUZHA: The natives of Chethi beach were thrilled to see Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, near here, on Monday, when he arrived for the shooting of a campaign video for the Central Government. The organisers and the star did not reveal the theme of the film. Sunitha, a production executive, said that it was kind of an advertisement campaign like ‘Incredible India’.The people were allowed only a 100 metre away from the shooting site in the beginning. The final shot was a sunset on the beach. After the shooting, Aamir allowed public to interact and gave autographs. “I would love to act in a Malayalam film if I get a good role, “ Aamir told mediapersons. “Alappuzha is an extremely beautiful place,” he added. A media house in Kochi had made the arrangements for the shooting.
