The Talwars have moved the SC seeking the transfer of their case from Ghaziabad to Delhi citing security concerns.
New Delhi: The parents of murdered teenager Aarushi Talwar have approached the Supreme Court seeking the transfer of their case from Ghaziabad to Delhi citing security concerns.
Following the plea of Rajesh Talwar and Nupoor Talwar, the apex court issued a notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The case comes up for hearing on Saturday.
Aarushi, 14, the only daughter of the Talwars, was found dead with her throat slit at the family's Noida residence on the intervening night of May 15-16, 2008 and the body of domestic help Hemraj was found on the terrace the next day.
