Beirut (Lebanon): Three Indians were injured and one was missing after a factory owned by an NRI became a target of Israeli strike in Lebanon on Wednesday.
The victims were workers of a glass factory located in Shatura area, official sources said.
All the injured were hospitalised and efforts are on to trace the missing person.
