With iOS 13, you can set your ringtone to silent when an unknown caller calls you. This wikiHow will show you how to silence unknown callers on your iPhone.
Open Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. You'll find this grey gear icon on one of your Home screens.
Tap iPhone Phone Phone. You'll find this in the 5th grouping under "General."
Tap the switch to the on position iPhone Switch On Icon next to "Silence Unknown Callers." When you have this enabled, you will no longer hear when you have a call from an unknown caller, but those calls will be sent to voicemail and be listed in Recents. An unknown caller is a number that isn't found on your device, such as a number saved in your contacts list.
