Glass Armour is the best light armor in the game. For those adventurers who value speed and comfort above overall protection, you should really consider acquiring the full set of glass armor. Glass Armour looks great, but it's rare and hard to get so have patience.
Get your character to lvl 17-20 and go to The Blackwood Company.
Kill the Person on the bottom floor who is using the chameleon effect with a sneak attack and take his Glass Armor.
The Harder Way. Get your character to lvl 17-20 and go to Forts and Ayleid Ruins. Kill Bandits and Marauders until you get a full set.
The Even Harder Way. Go to either Kvatch or Anvil and head directly north.
You should eventually find an uncharted lake. Go to the waterfall at the Northeast end.
There should be a cave inside with at least 15-20 marauders inside. Slaughter them all and even if there isn't any glass there will be hoards of Ebony and Daedric Armors. Have fun making a small fortune!
