Getting Customer Support
Fill out a questionnaire to contact Pandora directly. If you have a question about your account or are having a problem with Pandora’s site, fill out a form with your question topic, what device you are using, and a detailed account of the problem you are having.Tip: Pandora does not offer phone support for general customer questions, so sending them a message is the only way to talk to them directly. Browse help articles at https://help.pandora.com/s/. Pandora has many help articles that answer common questions. There are topics like password help, changing your billing method, canceling your subscription, and trouble with streaming. Search for your problem to find an answer right away.
Ask the Pandora community to see if they have answers. If you can’t find an answer to your question, try asking other Pandora users to see if they can help. Visit the community forums to ask your question and see if other people are having a similar problem. To talk to Pandora community members, visit https://community.pandora.com/. You can also browse existing forums to see if your question has been answered before.
Call their support line if you use Pandora For Business. If you are having a problem with your Pandora Business Account, you can use a customer support line to talk to a representative directly. They are available from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm CST Monday through Friday and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST on Saturday and Sunday. You can reach their customer support line by calling 1-800-929-5407. If you don't have a business account, don't use this phone number. The business support line will not be able to answer your question.
Requesting Business Information
Email press inquiries to [email protected]. If you’d like to talk to a Pandora spokesperson or ask a marketing question, you can use their press email to contact them directly. You should only use the press email for press-related inquiries, or your email probably won’t be answered. You can email them something like, “Hi there, I am a journalist for my town’s local paper and I’m wondering if I could get a statement from you about your shareholders. Please contact me at this email address to set up an interview or a direct statement.”
Send career questions to [email protected]. If you are looking to inquire about jobs or career opportunities at Pandora, you can contact their career department directly. Use this email address to ask career-specific questions, like hiring opportunities or open positions. You might say, “Hello, I saw a job posting for Pandora’s marketing department online. I’d like to submit my resume to your department to be considered for this position. Please let me know if the job is still available.” Don’t use this email to ask general questions or ask about account information.
Sign up to advertise on their site by filling out a request form. If you have a business and you’d like to advertise on Pandora’s site, fill out an advertising request form to get in contact with the marketing department. They will email you to talk about next steps and how much your advertisement will cost.Tip: The form will ask you to provide your company phone and email address, so you should only use this form if you own a business. Submit your music through Pandora’s website. If you are an independent artist and you’d like to submit your music to Pandora for consideration, use their online submitting tool to send it in. Ask the Investor Relations Departments a question by filling out a questionnaire. If you are an investor in Pandora or Sirius XM, you can submit a question about your shareholder account by providing your name, email, and a detailed question. You should only use this questionnaire for investing-related questions, not account or payment issues.
