MangaTown. The interface for MangaTown is simple; you won't see a lot of ads immediately upon loading the page. Manga is loaded in pages with a Prev and Next button, so you don't have to worry about dozens of pages loading at once. Use the "Latest", "Hot", or "Manga Directory" tabs to find exactly what you want to read next.
MangaBat
MangaBat. The desktop version of this website has a lot more navigation options. It's more simplified on mobile, which is great if you have limited data. Use the search bar at the top to find a title, genre, or author. You can even create an account to keep tabs on your reading progress. Keep in mind that the pages of a chapter will load all at once—though you can adjust this setting at the top of the chapter page.
MangaKakalot
MangaKakalot. Similar to the previous websites, MangaKakalot has a section for "latest manga" and "hot manga". You can even use the "completed manga" tab if you want to avoid works that are on hiatus or left unfinished. Register for an account with an email address for easy bookmarks on popular manga. Be aware there are ads in both the desktop and mobile version. They don't obstruct reading too badly—just be sure not to click on any of them!
KissManga
As a sister site to the popular KissAnime—where you can watch Anime of all genres—KissManga offers a wide variety of manga. You'll notice some pop-up ads in the chapters, but if your computer has a good ad blocker and antivirus software, this shouldn't be too much an issue. Still, exercise caution when using third-party websites.
MangaPark
MangaPark. This website has little-to-no ads upon first launch. You may still receive the occasional pop-up ad, but your manga viewing experience shouldn't be too impacted. Use the search bar at the top to find a specific manga, or browse the "All Mangas" tab. Chapters will load page-by-page unless you click the "load all pages" button.
WebToon
WebToon. As one of the most popular websites for web comics, WebToon is on the safer side. Many authors self-publish and promote their stories on this website. You can create an account to keep track of all your favorite comics. Though you won't find most of the manga available on MangaDex, there are plenty of other comics to pass the time until the website is up again. WebToon is also available for iOS in the App Store and for Android in the Google Play Store.
