The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has commenced the registration process for the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET 2024) for admission to MBA, and MCA courses from today, March 7. Interested candidates can apply for TS ICET 2024 through the official website at icet.tsche.ac.in. Students can download the official notification for the TS ICET 2024 which was released on March 5.
Students have the option to submit their TS ICET 2024 application form without any late fee until April 30. After that, they can still apply but with a late fee of Rs 250 until May 17 and Rs 500 until May 27. The TS ICET for MBA and MCA is scheduled to take place on June 4 and 5.
During a meeting attended by TSCHE chairman R Limbadri, TSICET 2024 chairman Thatikonda Ramesh, Kakatiya University vice-chancellor V Venkata Ramana, TSCHE vice-chairman SK Mahamood, TSCHE secretary Sriram Venkatesh, and TS ICET 2024 convener S Narasimha Chary, discussions were held on various aspects. These included eligibility criteria, examination pattern, online application process, test center arrangements, ranking, and syllabus.
TS ICET 2024: Eligibility Criteria
To apply for MBA courses, candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 per cent marks in disciplines like BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, BCA, BE, B.Tech, or B.Pharmacy. For MCA courses, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 per cent marks in disciplines like BCA, Computer Science Engineering, B.Sc, B.Com, or B.A. Also, they must have studied Mathematics at either 10+2 level or during their graduation.
TS ICET 2024: Exam Pattern
The TS ICET 2024, conducted in a computer-based format, will consist of 200 questions to be completed within a duration of 150 minutes. These questions are distributed across three sections: analytical ability, mathematical ability, and communication ability.
The detailed ICET exam pattern is following:
– TS ICET 2024 exam will be in an online mode
– Total duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours
– Total of 200 questions
– The questions will be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
– Each correct answer earns one mark and there is no negative marking.
