There is a constant change in the ways an organisation is run. This is mainly due to the volatile market that affects the businesses. As a result, it has become important for employees or job seekers to be updated with new skills that will help them perform better at their companies or will help them crack a job interview.
In order to help them, the Education and Guidance Centre run by the Uttar Pradesh government has launched a new training course in office management for both males and females. As per reports, it is a 1-year course and will equip them with skills relevant to corporate management.
As per the report, interested candidates can apply by March 7. To apply for this course, candidates will have to fill out the application form along with all the necessary documents and submit it to the District Service Planning Office, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. According to the District Service Planning Officer, the minimum age to apply for this course is 18 years, while the maximum age to apply for the course is 35 years as of March 1, 2024.
Uttar Pradesh Office Management Course: Education Qualification
The minimum educational qualification is to have passed an intermediate or equivalent examination with English as one of the main subjects in high school. The applying candidate should also have a high school intermediate or equivalent qualification original certificate as well as a photocopy of the Aadhar Card, a bank passbook, and two photographs. The candidates will have to submit all the necessary documents and apply before the deadline.
Uttar Pradesh Office Management Course: Subjects
Candidates, applying for the Office Management Training Course, will get free training on shorthand, typing, English language, general knowledge, general mathematics, reasoning, secretarial methods, bookkeeping and accounting, and computer operations.
Candidates will have to submit their documents in offline mode. Apart from that, handicapped candidates will have a three percent reservation and age relaxation as per the rules. The interview for admission will be held on March 11 for Scheduled Castes and Tribes, and on March 12 for Other Backward Classes at 10:00 am in the Service Scheme Office premises.
