Candidates satisfied with the seat allotment result need to confirm their admission by paying an acceptance fee by August 25

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will announce the Round 2 Seat Allotment results for undergraduate admissions today, August 22, at 6 pm. Once the results are published, students who participated in the counselling process can check their allotment status on the official website, bhu.ac.in, by logging in with their registration number and date of birth.

BHU UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2024: How to Check

Step 1: Go to the official portal of Banaras Hindu University at bhu.ac.in.

Step 2: Look for the UG Seat Allotment Result 2024 link on the homepage or under the Admissions section.

Step 3: Key in your login details such as Registration number and date of birth.

Step 4: Click on the UG Round 2 Seat allotment link.

Step 5: The results will be displayed on your screen.

Step 6: Download and save the result copy for future reference.

Note, that BHU’s undergraduate seat allotment will be based on CUET scores, merit ranks, candidates’ preferences, and categories, including reserved and special quotas such as sports and extracurricular activities (ECA).

Candidates satisfied with the seat allotment result need to confirm their admission by paying an acceptance fee by August 25. The fees can be paid in online mode through debit, credit, UPI or net banking. Failure to pay the fee within this deadline will result in the cancellation of the assigned seat and the candidate will not be considered for future rounds of allotment.

In addition to fee payment, shortlisted candidates must report to their assigned colleges with all necessary documents for the verification process.

BHU UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2024: Documents Required

Applicants must submit the following documents at their assigned institutes:

–– CUET 2024 Scorecard

–– Class 10 certificate and mark sheet

–– Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

–– SC, ST, OBC Certificate based on the Reserved quota.

–– Migration certificate

–– Sports Category Certificate (if applicable)

–– Certificate issued by the central registry for sons and daughters of permanent employees employed, retired and deceased employees of Banaras Hindu University.

BHU announced the UG Round 1 seat allotment result on August 17. For any additional information, candidates are advised to visit the official site of BHU, bhu.ac.in.
