'Made a Bit of a Blunder': AB de Villiers Apologises Again Regarding False Information on Virat Kohli's Absence
AB de Villiers issues yet another apology to Virat Kohli and his family after sharing false information regarding the his absence from the Indian team.

The former South African captain, AB de Villiers issued yet another apology for his ‘blunder’ regarding the reasons as to why Virat Kohli is unavailable for the ongoing Test series against England.

The BCCI confirmed that Virat Kohli will be unavailable for selection for the remainder of the series against England. Following the official news, the former RCB man once again asked the fans to respect his privacy.

de Villiers pleaded to the fans by saying, “My friend Virat Kohli is still not available. I cry out to everybody to give him the privacy that he deserves. Family comes first. No one knows what exactly is going on. I am asking all of us to respect that. I made a bit of a blunder in my previous show and I apologise to the Kohli family for that.”

The RCB man was critical of his mistake and he added, “Just not nice. I shared information that was not confirmed at all. I am begging everyone out there to respect him and his family and his private time. Hopefully, we will see Virat back, happy and scoring runs. Like he always does.”

“All I know is he is fine. He is spending a bit of time with his family, that is the reason he is missing the first two Test matches. I am not going to confirm anything else. I cannot wait to see him back. He is fine, he is doing well.”

The Indian team will be missing the skill of Virat Kohli in the ongoing Test series as they will gear up once again to take on the Ben Stokes-led side for the third Test which takes place at Rajkot. Both teams have won a Test each and will be looking to take the lead in the series.
