The court has issued summons to the Kingfisher Airlines' top management over dishonour of the cheques worth Rs 15 crore.
Mumbai: Mumbai International Airport on Monday took the Kingfisher Airlines to court over the bounced cheque issue. A notice was filed under section 138 of Negotial Instruments Act in a criminal court in Andheri.
The court has issued summons to the Kingfisher Airlines' top management over dishonour of the cheques worth Rs 15 crore to the MIAL.
This was the second instance of the bounced cheques. THe KFA previously failed to honour cheques worth Rs 24 crore.
