The company further stated that there will be no change in the flight to Chennai. This additional flight will help boost connectivity between the two major metropolitan cities and the tourist hub.

Port Blair offers breath-taking natural beauty and is a popular and attractive tourist destination with strong air travel demand.
They are certain that their reliable service, warm and efficient customer experience, and affordable fares will encourage more people to visit and explore the island.
The press release stated, “The tropical island of Port Blair is a popular tourist destination. Akasa Air’s foray into the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is a testament to the airline’s commitment to strengthening its operations across the country. This will also provide travellers with more options to connect between cities and fly to an increasing number of destinations.”
