This 1967 Nepalese Postal Stamp Predicted The 2024 Ram Mandir Consecration
Nepal's 57-year-old stamp aligns perfectly with Ram Mandir 2024 consecration.

Preparations for the consecration of the Ram Mandir are underway, and a 57-year-old postage stamp featuring Sri Ram and Sita from Nepal has emerged. Issued on April 18, 1967, to commemorate Ram Navami, the stamp carries the year 2024 in the Vikram Samvat Hindu calendar used in Nepal and certain regions of India.

The current year aligns with the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, leading to extensive discussions. This is due to the Vikram Samvat being 57 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar. Consequently, the year 1967 in the Gregorian calendar corresponds to 2024 in the Vikram Samvat, explaining the presence of the year 2024 on the stamp issued in 1967.

Significant synchronicities have arisen concerning the Ram Mandir, capturing widespread amazement. The alignment of the Nepalese stamp’s issuance year with the temple’s consecration year is particularly noteworthy. The realisation that, 57 years ago, the stamp foresaw Lord Ram’s return to the temple in 2024 is quite unexpected and thought-provoking.

Devotees’ 550-year-long wait for Lord Ram is nearing its conclusion as he is set to be installed in the grand temple’s sanctum sanctorum on January 22. A significant arrival from Ahmedabad is a 56-inch-tall drum, that emits a majestic lion-like sound when played. Ayodhya witnessed a procession with the drum, and it will soon find its place in the temple.

In the upcoming Pran Pratishtha ceremony, an eight-metal conch will hold a significant place at Lord Ram’s feet. Satya Prakash Prajapati from Aligarh has generously donated this conch to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, responsible for overseeing the temple construction. Trust chairman Mahant Nritya Gopal Das expressed appreciation for the noteworthy act, emphasising the significance of Lord Ram’s presence at his birthplace.

The inauguration of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple is scheduled for January 22, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and distinguished guests like UP CM Yogi Adityanath, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, UP Governor Anandiben Patel, and temple trust president Mahant Nritya Gopal Das in attendance. Notable invitees among the 7,000 guests include cricket icons Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, and industrialists Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani.
