Mumbai Metro: Cuffe Parade Underground Station to Redefine Commuting with Sunken Plaza and Mega Parking
Cuffe Parade Metro Station transforms Mumbai's commute with a unique sunken plaza, mega parking, and community-centric design, redefining metro experiences.

Mumbai, the city of dreams, is gearing up for a major leap in its metro network with the much-anticipated Colaba-BKC-Aarey corridor.

Among the exciting developments is the upcoming Cuffe Parade underground Metro station, promising to be a game-changer for residents and visitors alike.

The Cuffe Parade Metro station will boast a sunken plaza designed as a mini-mall, offering a visually distinctive and aesthetically pleasing public space. With steps, ramps, and slopes ensuring easy access, this space becomes a canvas for social gatherings, events, and a haven for retail therapy.

Spanning an expansive 2.8 lakh square feet across three levels, the Cuffe Parade Metro station is set to stand out from the crowd. What truly sets it apart is the dedicated car parking facility, a sprawling 43,055 square feet with a unique stacked layout capable of cradling 192 cars. While other Metro 3 stations focus on last-mile connectivity, Cuffe Parade takes it to the next level with its scale and exclusive parking facility.

The Cuffe Parade station is a vital hub for the upcoming Mumbai Metro Line 3, also known as the Mumbai Metro Aqua Line or the Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ Line. This underground marvel, stretching 33.5 kilometers with 27 stations from Cuffe Parade to Aarey Colony, is a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra, boasting a shared investment of Rs 23,136 crore.
