Global NCAP 2033: Here's List of Top Cars That Scored Full Safety Ratings in Crash Test
The platform has released its safest car list of 2023, mentioning top cars that have scored a full 5 stars safety rating during the car crash test.

The auto segment in India has seen massive growth in the past few years. A lot has been changed lately when it comes to purchasing vehicles. Now, customers give more preference to safety over some random features. The Global New Car Assessment Programme (NCAP) also leaving no stone unturned to promote car safety in the country, and has tested multiple vehicles this year.

The platform has released its top safest car list of 2023, mentioning top cars that have scored a full 5 stars NCAP rating during the car crash test. These vehicles not just proved their built quality, but also won customer’s trust. Here’s a list of top cars that stand tall in the car safety game by Global NCAP.

Tata Safari and Harrier Facelift

The list has been topped by the both Harrier and Safari facelift. These king-size SUVs were launched by the homegrown carmaker Tata this year. Both the vehicles were sent for the safety test, and secured full marks during the car crash test, performed by GNCAP.

Hyundai Verna 2023

The South Korean car manufacturer also sent one of its trust products Verna for the crash test, and guess what? The vehicle got all the 5-star safety ratings during the test, leaving all the trollers behind.

The company launched the next-gen version of the sedan in March this year. It was introduced at the starting price of Rs. 10.96 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 17.38 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top model.

Volkswagen Virtus and Skoda Slavia

The safety in the sedan segment is also dominated by both Volkswagen and Skoda Slavia. Their product Virtus and Slavia also performed pretty well during the crash test by GNCAP. Both of them scored full marks in safety rating, all thanks to their trusted MQB-A0-IN platform.
